Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To ensure the safety and quality of our products, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Unopened & Unused Products: Items must be sealed in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Opened or Used Products: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept opened products for refunds; however, they may be eligible for store credit upon review.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund, including taxes and shipping, before they have shipped. If you need to cancel an order:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We take quality control seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Our support team will promptly assess the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, opened items cannot be returned for a refund. However, in certain cases, we may offer store credit in the form of a coupon code redeemable at MAPAminos.com.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing Time: Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Store Credit

If a return qualifies for store credit, a one-time-use coupon code will be issued for the amount paid (excluding shipping and taxes). This credit can be used toward future purchases at MAPAminos.com.
