I’ve been taking MAP twice per day for 5 months. It’s fantastic as a pre-workout first thing in the morning. It satiates my hunger and gives me the energy i need to get through a strenuous workout. I take jt again in the afternoon rather than having a snack, and i get through until dinner with ease.
Was suggested this product to help with the Lean Countdown Diet by both Keegan and Ben.
First day i took it i didnt notice a difference but days two and beyond, my body has responded phenomenally.
Day 3 i woke up ravenous, so i took 5 MAP with my pre workout and my hunger disappeared and i did not feel lethargic or tired in the gym whatsoever.
I have also tried spacing out my usage; if i dont use it as a pre workout supplement, i will take 1-3 pills while continuing my fast.
Coupled it with at least 12 oz of water, and my mental acuity returned and my hunger curbs.
