The The Supplement stack below is specific to my age and my bloodwork and is around 1/2 of what I take daily.

A few more Thorne specials are taken with my first meal( share on another blog)

✅MAP:
Clinical studies have shown that the use of MAP® is safer and nutritionally more effective in comparison to any dietary protein, protein or amino acid supplement. Based on these facts, the use of MAP® is recommended as a safer and nutritionally more effective substitute for dietary proteins.
MAP® should always be taken in conjunction with the daily requirement of vitamins, minerals and trace elements, like my stack below 👇 👇👇

✅Resveracell :
Thorne's ResveraCel supports cellular repair, up-regulates the sirtuin proteins, enhances NAD+ production, and benefits the cellular energy production that takes place in the mitochondria – thus supporting the process of healthy aging.*

✅Co-Q10 :
CoQ10 promotes optimal heart, brain, and immune function, in addition to providing antioxidant support.*

✅Vitamin D - K2 :
Thorne’s Vitamin D + K2 Liquid promotes bone health, healthy immune function, and cardiovascular health.* The combination of vitamin D3 and K2 provides greater benefits together than either does individually.

✅NAC:
A potent antioxidant that supports comprehensive wellness, including lung, liver, and kidney health, as well as immune function.*
NAC (N-Acetylcysteine) is an amino acid that supports respiratory health and immune function, in addition to increasing glutathione levels, which supports detoxification and resists oxidative stress.*

✅Bacillus Coagulans:
An everyday, all-ages probiotic that promotes GI function and bowel regularity*
A stable probiotic bacteria that survives stomach acid and retains its potency in the intestines, where it can support GI upset, such as occasional gas, bloating, constipation or diarrhea.
